I'd save for the Tengu then do L4's. Having an altnear by in a Noctis to loot is a good idea much better than going back & swapping ships.

I just had my 1st succesful invention but when I looked at the T2 BPC I had made the ME had dropped from 20 from the BPC I used to -4!!! LIkewise the PE had dropped from 8 to -4!!! Why did this happen? Can I do domething about it or will this ...
